After retiring from his stint as an on air personality on New York’s HOT97 morning show, Joe Budden finds himself the feature of another type of audience. Joe Budden was arrested on Tuesday for driving with a suspended license. According to MTV, Joe Budden was pulled over on the Clearview Expressway in Queens, New York after police caught him doing 76 in a 50-mile per hour zone. After running his license the police discovered it was suspended and arrested him on the spot. After spending a night in jail, Joe paid a $300 dollar fine and was released. He was charged with speeding and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree. Joe Budden is currently in the studio working on his next album to be released on Def Jam Records.

He’s still “On Fire” this week as Lloyd Banks continues to reign #1 on the top of the charts for a second week. The G-Unit soldier knocked out another 164,000 copies of his album keeping him ahead of such artists as Jadakiss who sold 81,000 and holds the #4 spot and the Beastie Boys who sold 67,000 copies and hold the #9 spot.
