Ja Rule doesn’t plan to let the summer go by without reminding us how Murder Inc. can quickly take over the radio. Ja Rule plans to release his new album R.U.L.E. on August 17th amid a busy schedule that will keep him doing everything from shooting a new movie to a possible tour. Ja Rule’s first single “Caught Up” has already been receiving airplay nationally as well as mixtape’s reminding hip-hop heads of his success with such songs as “Put It on Me” and “Every Little Thing”. Guest appearances on the new album will be done by Mary J. Blige, Nas, Ashanti, R.Kelly and new Murder Inc. member Lloyd.
No official plans have been mad for when or where Ja would tour but the possibility of a Murder Inc venture with Ashanti(whose in the studio) and Lloyd are very strong. Ja Rule will be beefing up his acting chops alongside Laurence Fishburne when he co-stars in the remake of the movie “Assault on Precinct 13”. Ja Rule portrays a prison inmate who is in custody when a gang breaks in and takes over a prison.
