Preparing to step back into the game with their new album “Ghetto Warfare” Billy Danze and Lil Fame of M.O.P are set to expand their hip-hop audience. “I love the grind. I won’t change nothing that we did. A lot of ni**as came and went but we still here. You can throw on any one of our records and love it today like you loved it when you first heard it”, Lil Fame said.
Although they switched labels, M.O.P is still continuing the grenade rap style. “We just like to make good music. Do sh*t that ni**as ain’t doing. You got a lot of ni**as out there that’s shining and glowing and doing whatever they supposed to be doing. Some ni**as reppin’ the streets mostly, some not. You ain’t got to second guess or question where the f**k they coming from with this song and how the album going to be. You know it’s going to be a different variety of songs from different angles and a step up from the last album”. Before the release M.O.P ‘s new album later this summer they are hitting the tour circuit.
