Twista’s new hit “Overnight Celebrity” wasn’t the only hit in downtown Indianapolis this past Sunday. Twista’s tour bus caused a health scare when two hundred gallons of sewage was released from the bus onto the street. Scheduled to perform at the Murat Theatre on Sunday the 16th, someone emptied the buses sewage tank, which was parked next to Union Station, and it flowed down the street to local hotels.

According to the Indianapolis Star, the odor caused hotel employees in the Omni Hotel to contact police who called fire fighters when the realized they could have a biohazard situation on their hands. The sewage was hosed off the street after a health department official said it was safe though police are looking into possibly charging the bus driver for the spill. Twista’s manager was issued a citation for dumping and has an environmental court date scheduled for June 12th where the judge could order monetary fines.
