The DMC & Technics 2001 San Francisco regional competition is scheduled to take place at the city’s Maritime Hall tomorrow this week.
The event will feature showcases by three-time DMC World Champ DJ Craze and A-Trak, ITF / Vestax / DMC World Champ, as well as a b-boy showcase by the Hound Dawg Truckers. Rapper J-Live will also perform at the event, which will be hosted by Infamous of the Allies.
Judges at the competition will include Kuttin’ Kandi of 5th Platoon, former Invisibl Skratch Piklz member D-Styles and Billy Jam of Hip-Hop Slam. Opening DJ sets will feature Derrick D of Triple Threat and DJ Mike Nice of KZSU.
