Beanie Siegel is pleading guilty in one of the three cases pending against him. Siegel has agreed to plead guilty to possession of drugs and possession of a gun by a felony. The charges stem from the April 20, 2003 arrest after a high speed chase where police apprehended Siegel and found a variety of drugs in his car. Beanie finished a drug counseling program in Minnesota this year and is hoping to receive a reduced sentence with his plea. Two trials are still pending against Siegel, a July 2, 2003 shooting and a 2001 assault on a man fracturing his eye socket.
