Ludacris plans to make the transition from “Chicken N Beer to the big screen. In early May Ludacris will begin shooting a feature film titled “American Radio” in Los Angeles. The film tells the story of a Kwame a DJ (Played by Ludacris) and a hip-hop intellectual who host a popular radio show with their crew. Preparing for Kwame’s birthday concert and rap contest Kwame and his friends wind up in an altercation with their rivals and replay their day at the police station. No word on the release date for their film.

After releasing “Da Derrty Version: The Reinvention” of new and remixed St. Lunatic songs, Nelly is heading back into the studio to work on his own solo project. Planning to drop a new album this summer. “I have an album that I’m working on right now,” Nelly said. “It should be out in June. I haven’t settled on a title yet, but it will be out in June. I’ve been consistent on coming out in June for the last couple of years, so I want to continue that tradition, so it should be good”. Meanwhile, Nelly will hit the tour circuit next month making stops in the following cities:
