Only a few days after having charges dropped for improperly parking his tour bus in his Louisiana neighbourhood, Juvenile is facing yet another lawsuit.
Jackson Santaigne of Miami, has accused the rapper of hitting him over the head with a bottle of Moet, and is suing him for $5 million for pain and suffering. He claims to have been hospitalized several times since the alleged March incident at Miami’s Improv Comedy Club, where he says that Juvenile hit him over the head with a bottle during a fight.
Juvenile, who claims that he’s innocent because Santaigne provoked the fight, was also arrested that same night for battery on a law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.
