According to TMZ, the owners of W.i.P., the New York City nightclub that gained notoriety due to a June 2012 fight between Chris Brown and Drake, are hoping that NBA star Tony Parker will instead seek money from Brown and Drake in his lawsuit.

Parker is just one of many people who were injured in the brawl and consequently filed a $20 million lawsuit against the club and its owners.

W.i.P. owners believe that both Drake and Brown “contributed to, instigated, participated and/or engaged” in the incident and should be financially responsible for any lawsuits. The owners have even gone on to file documents against Drake and Brown in court.

Parker, who was hit in the eye with pieces of broken glass at W.i.P., missed one week of gameplay due to his injury.
