After much anticipation, Dead Prez will now be bringing their revolution back into a store near you. “RBG: Revolutionary But Gangsta” is the follow to their debut “Let’s Get Free”. Stic and M-1 helped to bring back political consciousness that hasn’t been in hip-hop since Public Enemy. Debuting on a Loud Records mixtape with a song titled “Food, Clothes and Shelter”, the duo not only separate themselves from mainstream hip-hop but continued to provide awareness that had been overlooked. Stic and M-1 both had a hand in producing one of the hottest albums in 1998, Big Punisher’s “Capital Punishment”. The album will be released March 30th on Sony Urban Music/ Columbia Records..

Bill O’Reilly apparently didn’t get enough backlash for going after Ludacris, he now has his sights set on Lil Kim. O’Reilly spoke out on his show upset that Old Navy used Kim in their television commercials and advertisement. Lil Kim issued a statement this week saying, “I was completely blindsided by Mr. O’Reilly’s derogatory comments against me.
