Case Dismissed. That was the verdict handed down in favor of Sean “P.Diddy” Combs that was brought on by Roger Mills a former radio talk show host. Mills filed a civil lawsuit against Diddy for assault, false imprisonment, destruction of property, conspiracy (civil) and emotional distress after an alleged assault in 1999.
Mills alleges he asked Diddy about any so called claims he may have contributed to the Notorious Big’s death. Mills says Diddy ended the interview and his associates trapped him in his car and took the tape of the interview and destroyed it after he refused to sell it. On the stand last week Diddy stated he could not remember the interview. The only recollection I have was when the case was brought to my attention and they told me it was in regards to somebody that did an interview with me who brought up a question about Biggie,” Diddy said while on the stand.
