Although her name has been spoken many times on Eminem’s album, Kimberly Mathers wasn’t ready for the judge to say her name. After being arrested on January 29th when she informed her probation officer that she was using cocaine, Circuit Court Judge Edward Servitto order Kimberly to serve thirty days in jail and then report to a inpatient substance abuse clinic for an additional ninety day sentence. She is also to continue with her previous probation rules of no alcohol or prescription drugs as well as being submitted for random drug testing.
