A couple of weeks ago I dropped the news that the G-Unit’s Tony Yayo was back in prison. Now more details have been released as to why one fourth of the hit group will not be out celebrating the success of their album. According to MTV, Tony Yayo was arrested on January 9th, a day after being released from the Lakeview Shock Incarceration facility.

Yayo went to see his parole officer in a routine post –release review and allegedly presented a fake passport (which of course is against the law), which violated his probation. At post release reviews parolees have to present identification to their parole officer. Because the state of NY identifies a fake passport as a forged instrument his case is being handled by the state and federal authorities. His next hearing date is set for February 24, 2004 a year to the date that he was previously sentenced for bail jumping.
