After proclaiming that he would make his current album “Grand Champ” his last DMX doesn’t seem to have plans to leave the movie business alone. After appearing in such films as “Belly”(a personal favorite), “Romeo Must Die” and “Cradle 2 the Grave”, X created his own production company Bloodline Films.

With several films lined up for next year, it seems his schedule may be busier than ever. X co-produced and starred in “Never Die Alone”(hitting theaters on March 19th) and is in negotiations to star in “Winners” and “Past Tense”. “Winners” tells the story of a young architect who witnesses the murder of his best friend and becomes forced to stand up for what he believes in. “Past Tense” tells the story of two cops and their journey to bring a Hong Kong gang leader to justice. In music news DMX’s second single from his album “Get It on the Floor” featuring Swizz Beatz is getting pretty heavy rotation on television and radio. No word if an additional tour will be set up for early next year.
