Snoop Dogg and MTV are heading to court as an actress claims fraud over the “Doggy Fizzle Televizzle” show. Actress Doris Burns is suing Calvin Broadus also known as Snoop Dogg and MTV for an unspecified amount of damages for breach of contract, fraud, invasion of privacy and defamation.

Burns claims she was made to appear on the television show as if she were naked and engaging in sexual acts with another actor when she never agreed to do that. Doris Burns says she agreed to appear on the show with a tank top and underwear on and hold the hand of a male actor portraying her husband while they sat on the bed. According to the lawsuit, when the show aired both her torso and hands were blurred out making it appear as if she were naked and having sex with the other actor. No comment has been given as of yet by MTV or Snoop Dogg about the lawsuit.
