With his new album “Unleashed” debuting at number 3 on the Billboard 200 charts and the concert tickets for his new “Unleashed” tour selling out around the country, Bow Wow is proving that he can only get better with time. Having starred in the hit movie “Like Mike”, Bow Wow is now planning to run for president in his new Columbia Pictures/Overbrook Entertainment film “Mr. Prez”.
In the film he will star as a teenager living in Philadelphia whose life changes drastically after he becomes the president for a day after he wins an essay contest. The film will be directed by Fat Cats also known as Randy Marshall and Eric Williams who also directed Jagged Edge’s new video. Bow Wow is also costarring in the new film “Johnson Family Vacation” alongside Cedric the Entertainer, Steve Harvey, Solange Knowles and Vanessa Williams. In this film Nate Johnson (Cedric) and his family (Williams, Bow Wow and Solange) try to make their way across the country to their annual family reunion in Missouri but end up having more adventures along the way then they planned. “The Johnson Family Vacation” is scheduled to hit theatre’s next April while no release date has been said for “Mr. Prez”.
