The Harlem rapper was recently visited behind bars by Tru Life and his manager William Cosgrove, with sources telling TMZ that the Max’s discography is set to drop on DSPs.

Reportedly, the mixtape releases are being eyed for December and will mark the first time that most of his music has been available on streaming platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music.

While much of Max Biggaveli’s music is available through the Library of a Legend compilations, the individual projects have never been released.

It also looks as if the Wave God will be freed sooner rather than later after being sentenced to 20 years behind bars in 2009 for murder and armed robbery.

The 46-year-old is alleged to have plotted to rob two men with his stepbrother, Kelvin Leerdam, and ex-girlfriend, Gina Conway, at a Holiday Inn in New Jersey in September 2006. The botched robbery resulted in one of the men being shot dead.

In 2016, the convictions were vacated and Max pleaded guilty to aggravated manslaughter instead, leading to his 75-year sentence being dramatically reduced to a 20 stretch. A further reduction followed soon after, cutting his jail time to 12 years.

His current scheduled release date is November 2025.

“Y’all know what it is. Shout out to the boy. The birthday boy just checking in. You already know. Man, I’m feeling good,” he said in a video posted online while rocking an icy Jesus piece chain over his prison clothes.
