Veteran Jersey rap group Naughty by Nature have been picked up by TVT Records, after recently getting dropped from their former home at Arista Records.
The group will begin work on its first album for TVT, entitled The Rah Rah, without one of their former members. Kay Gee has left to run his record label Divine Mill. But like many hiphop splits, this one was not all good.
There is a good deal of beef between Kay Gee and his former comrades Treach and Vinny. Treach even let him have it in his guest verse on Real Niggaz, a track on Redman’s new album.
