Lil Cease was in court last week to answer to charges of possession of marijuana. Fortunately for Cease, the judge adjourned the case with contemplation of dismissal, meaning that if he stays out of trouble, the case will be dropped. Unfortunately for his partner Larceny, the situation isn’t as good. He faces charges of 2nd and 3rd degree possession of a weapon. Both rappers will return to court on July 5.
Back in March, Cease and Larceny were rolling in Lil’ Kim’s 1999 Jaguar and were stopped after narcotics officers saw Cease come out of a building with an undisclosed amount of weed in a bag. When the two rappers were pulled over, Larceny protested, “You know who we are? We’re the Junior M.A.F.I.A.” At this point, a .22 caliber semi-automatic handgun slipped out of his waistband, making a loud clank on the floor.
