Curren$y & The Alchemist Announce “Re-Conversionalize,” Due April 20th

Curren$y and The Alchemist have announced the release of Re-Conversionalize, due April 20th.

The project serves as the sequel to Covert Coup, a free offering that was also released on April 20th. The 10-track project featured guest appearances from Prodigy, Fiend, Smoke DZA and Freddie Gibbs.

In August 2011, Spitta spoke on the status of Re-Conversionalize, stating that he and Al had been working on new material. “We’ve got more records done, but not albums. I got like two or three other songs by this guy that we haven’t put out. We’re just going to stack ‘em up. We’re probably going to do another Covert Coup if the world needs it.”
