Houston, Texas emcee Slim Thug has been sued for allegedly pistol-whipping a man in March of 2010. The plaintiff, Clarence Evans claims the group had a planned business meeting at a residential location planned with the E1 Entertainment artist, only to be attacked by the rapper and a associate. According to TheBoombox.com, the assault with a pistol came from Slim Thug.
After the attack, filed documents accuse Slim Thug and his associate of encouraging others present to assault Evans, and rob him of his possessions.
Evans is suing for medical expenses, lost wages, medication and other punitive damages.
