Throughout the years, Newark, New Jersey emcee-turned-actor Queen Latifah has played a bank-robber, an executive and even a taxi driver in her many film roles. Now, the Flavor Unit co-founder has signed on with Disney to play a real-life adaptation of an animated villain.

For Disney’s upcoming magazine ad campaign “Let The Memories Begin,” Latifah and other celebrities appeared as various iconic roles through the animation studio’s vast catalogs. The rapper/singer appeared as Ursula, from Disney’s The Little Mermaid. “I was excited about doing this project,” Queen Latifah said in a statement. “Villains get to have all the fun.”

Other celebrities involved included Alec Baldwin and Penelope Cruz.

Last year, Queen Latifah released her latest Rap album, Persona, produced by Cool & Dre.
