What else is Jay-Z doing besides sitting on the top of the billboard 200 charts for two weeks in a row?

Jay-Z and the rest of his Roc-A-Fella cohorts will be performing at a benefit concert at Hammerstein’s Ballroom on Thanksgiving night to help at risk youth. The concert proceeds will go to the New York City Mission Society to help that will youth excel in academics and prevention services. Jay-Z and the New York Mission Society created a partnership over four years’ ago as well as a basketball team called Team Roc. Team Roc plays in several games around New York City. The New York City Mission Society is one of the oldest privately funded social service agencies whose main focus is on families and children around the state.

Jay-Z has also just completed his principal for a day around the United States to encourage young children to stay in school. During the evening Jay performed in private concerts for lucky radio winners at secret locations around the cities. Not only can you pick up a copy of Jay-Z’s new cd “The BluePrint 2: The Gift and the Curse” but the first Dream Team/ Paid in Full album is available in stores today.
