Former G-Unit emcee Young Buck battled financial institutions seizing his assets through much of last year. While the Nashville rapper has been able to retain most of his assets to date, Wells Fargo Financial Tennessee, Inc. filed papers late last week to seize a vehicle owned by the former Interscope Records star.
According to The Wall Street Journal, Wells Fargo claims rights to a 2002 BMW X5 sport utility vehicle which Buck has been delinquent on to the tune of over $5,000. The bank says that are to collect the automobile, based on Buck’s Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings from last year.
A court decision will reportedly be made before month’s end.
