Trill Entertainment’s managers Marcus Roach and Melvin Vernell, Jr. have been reinstated for attempted murder. The duo, who runs the imprint founded by UGK’s Pimp C, have been previously charged with shooting Baton Rouge, Lousiana rapper Bruce “Beelow” Moore in 2005. Per reports, Moore was shot in front of a record store at point-blank range over a bootlegging dispute.

On December 22, a Baton Rouge court reversed a 2006 decision to dismiss the original charges against the two.

According to AllHipHop.com,  District Attorney Hillar Moore, III said, “We thought that’s the way the court should rule.” Moore, no relation to “Beelow,” is also leading the investigation into Lil Boosie, who is accused of first degree murder in a separate case.

This year, Trill Entertainment has released albums from Lil Boosie and more recently, All Or Nothing by Trill Fam.
