After selling over 150,000 units of his independently released Southern hit I Declare War We Ready, South, GA-based rapper Pastor Troy is prepared for the big time with his new album, Face Off. The LP, due out May 22nd, will be released on Troy’s own Madd Society Records via Universal Records.

The lead single from Face Off will be “This Tha City,” an ode to Troy’s native South GA. Troy also executive produced Face Off, with additional producers including Carl Mo and Big Toombs.

With I Declare War, Troy kicks off the album with a jab towards Master P and his Louisiana-based No Limit Records, who he dissed on the hugely popular “No Mo Play in GA.” While both parties allegedly squashed the beef, the rowdy bow-throwing track still appears on Face Off.
