The Heineken Inspire concert series has announced that rapper Nas has been chosen for the series’ encore show taking place later this month. The encore show will take place in New York City on Saturday, November 13. Those interested in attending the show are asked to text the word “Encore5″ to 35047.

Just last year Nas appeared as a surprise guest at Heineken’s Red Star Soul concert in New York City which featured performances from Estelle, Ludacris, and several other artists.

The Heineken Inspire concert series kicked off in Miami back in May and has since featured performances from Wale, Fabolous, Big Boi, and more in cities across the country.

In other Hip Hop news, rapper Memphis Bleek recently joined forces with Ghanaian music artist Kwaw Kesse for quite the unique collaboration.

Kwaw Kesse is a hiplife artist and his collaboration with Memphis Bleek, entitled “Get Money,” is one of very few hiplife and Hip Hop collaborations.

The song will premiere on DJ Black’s Open House Party on Joy FM on Saturday (November 13) evening.

Singer Chris Brown may also be entering into a collaboration of his own in the near future. TheBoombox.com reports that Brown, who has expressed his interested in graffiti on various occasions, recently met with artist Ron English in New York City.

“Two days later, they want me to meet Chris Brown,” English revealed to Animal New York. “They’re saying ‘He has your art. He’s been to your show. He really wants to meet you.’ I said, sure! So we met him. We had dinner. But I’m not sure what he wants to do. I’m not sure what he wanted.”

It is still unclear what Brown has in mind for his collaboration with English.
