Rapper Mack 10 may soon have to pay up for two tracks that were featured on his Soft White album thanks to a lawsuit the rapper has been struck with.

AllHipHop.com reports that the lawsuit was filed against Mack 10 by producer Ervin “EP” Pope.

Pope claims that Mack 10 agreed to pay him $60,000 to produce two tracks, “It’s Your Life” and “Big Balla,” for his album Soft White. Pope is suing for the amount of $100,000. The producer is also seeking unpaid royalties.

Mack 10 has yet to respond publicly to the lawsuit.

Aside from Mack 10, Pope has produced songs for a number of other well-known artists including Jay-Z, Kanye West, and The Game.
