Stanley “Flesh-N-Bone” Howse of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony is no stranger to legal woes. He has been arrested on several occasions. Last year, he was arrested for gun possession and this March he was arrested for outstanding warrants. Yesterday, May 26, that chapter of his life may have finally been resolved as he entered a guilty plea to fourth degree misdemeanor of disorderly conduct, receiving a sentence of a $250 fine, according to a statement released by the law offices of McDonald Hopkins.
The charges were reduced by the State of Ohio from felony charges of assault with a firearm in January 1999. Flesh’s lawyer Edmund W. Searby of McDonald Hopkins spoke on what this means.
“In our opinion, the reduced charge and the $250 fine are a reflection of the fact that the evidence did not support the original charge and the positive strides Stanley Howse has made in his life with his music, his band, and of course, his family. We are grateful to the Prosecutor’s Office for re-evaluating the facts of this case.”
Flesh released a statement of his own, one that showed his gratitude to supporters.

“In my life, I have faced real tough times and I have been blessed in many ways; I am glad to put this behind me to focus on my music and my family. I am grateful to the family, friends, and fans of our music that have stood by me,” he noted.
