Three pioneering Hip Hop acts from yesteryear will be displaying their influence in 2010. In the tradition of Fresh Fest, three confirmed groups have begun locking in dates for what The Fat Boys‘ manager Uncle Louie calls, “An all you can eat lineup of stars.”

At present, emcee/actor crews The Fat Boys and Kid N’ Play are involved, as well as Dr. Dre’s onetime pupils J.J. Fad. Performances have been confirmed on January 16th at Casino Viejas in San Diego. The trio of groups has also confirmed a May 15th date at Detroit’s Fox Theater.

The tour has been organized by Louie and Eric B., co-founder of Eric B. & Rakim. Dates in Chicago, Dallas, Miami, St. Louis, New York and Los Angeles will reportedly also be announced.

Other acts that are said to be featured on this tour include Special Ed, Kurtis Blow and Salt N’ Peppa. Tour merchandise can be purchased here at FatBoysClothing.com.
