During the CMJ Music Marathon in New York a few months ago, Plug Research Music held their own respective showcase for the festival. The event, presented by Vtech, featured their latest artist signee in neo-soul singer Bilal. Later this month, Plug Research will be holding a similar concert for the West Coast with Plug Research Twenty Ten.
Along with Bilal as the headliner, the concert will also feature Exile, DJ Day, and rapper Blu, as well as Sa-Ra Creative Partners members Shafiq Husayn and Om’Mas Keith. The night’s festivities will be hosted by Pharoahe Monch.
Plug Research Twenty Ten will take place on December 22 at the Echoplex in Los Angeles, California, with presale tickets going for $10. The 21-and-over concert will begin at 8 p.m.
