    This week, ScHoolboy Q released his major-label debut album, Oxymoron. Wiz Khalifa provided an update on his forthcoming Blacc Hollywood album and additional information on Rick Ross’s Mastermind album also arrived.

    ScHoolboy Q’s Oxymoron was available for stream February 22, three days before the project arrived in stores. 

    Top Dawg Ent. president Dave Free announced updated numbers for ScHoolboy Q’sOxymoron’s pre-sale figures. Oxymoron is “almost at” 35,000 pre-orders, according to the February 22 Twitter post by Dave Free, who goes by @miyatola on the social media platform. ScHoolboy Q ReTweeted Free’s updated pre-sale numbers to his followers.

    Wiz Khalifa Details “Blacc Hollywood” & Smoking With Miley Cyrus 

    With the “We Dem Boyz” single from his upcoming album released earlier this month, Wiz Khalifa recently sat down with Billboard to talk about Blacc Hollywood and working with Miley CyrusBruno Mars and Charlie Wilson.

    “The music is pretty much there for the album,” Wiz said. “It’s called Blacc Hollywood. It’s not all the way put together, but a good bit of it is finished.” 

    Khalifa released the album’s first single, “We Dem Boyz,” in the second week of February through a Shazam-premiered debut. 

    In his interview with Billboard, the Pittsburgh emcee described his new track with a reference one of his biggest singles. 

    “I like ‘We Dem Boyz’ as the first single just ‘cause of the energy,” he said. “I feel like it reaches so many audiences other than just a Rap audience, sort of like how ‘Black and Yellow’ was—a big sports song, just get everybody riled up, like more of an anthem.”

    Rick Ross “Mastermind” Release Date, Cover Art, Tracklist & Album Stream

    On Wednesday (February 26), Rick Ross released the stream for his forthcoming Mastermind album, which is slated to arrive in stores March 4. 

    The Miami rapper made the Mastermind stream available on iTunes. The collection features “The Devil Is A Lie” with Jay Z and “War Ready” with Jeezy.
