In his closing guest verse, the Gary, Indiana native takes aim at Akademiks by calling him a “pussy n-gga” and threatening violence against him if they cross paths.
“Smack a n-gga in his mouth for the loot/ If I ever see that pussy n-gga Akademiks I’ma catch another lawsuit,” he raps.
Freddie Gibbs and Akademiks have been going at it for years, stemming from the media personality calling the rapper “irrelevant” after Gibbs dissed his former label boss Jeezy.
Insults, threats and jokes have been lobbied back and forth ever since, with Gibbs most recently trolling Akademiks in January after he was accused of rape.

Before that, the pair appeared close to a truce with Gibbs saying he wanted a sit-down with Akademiks and admitting they would “probably be cool.”
Prior to the release of Blue Lips, ScHoolboy Q had high praise for Freddie Gibbs, claiming he “washed” him on “oHio.”
The Bandana MC replied on X: “We make classics bro congrats on the album glad to be a part of it.”
