Fabolous has revealed that there is one artist he has yet to work with, but would like to work with at some point in the future: Eminem.
As part of Tunecore’s Hip-Hop 50 event, the New York MC chatted with a few journalists on the red carpet as he made his way into the star-studded affair. One reporter in particular pulled the rapper aside to ask him who’s the one artist he’d love to work with, but never got the chance to.

Fab didn’t hesitate to name the Detroit native, and noted his skill and expertise when it comes to lyricism. “In Hip Hop, I think I want to get with Eminem,” he said. “He’s real Hip Hop.”
TuneCore is a Brooklyn-based company that specializes in independent distribution, publishing and licensing deals for emerging artists. Earlier this year, Papoose was appointed the Head of Hip Hop.
In other Fabolous-related news, the rapper is teaming up with Jim Jones, Maino, and Dave East for a collaborative album, titled Fit Lit, which is inspired by their love of the gym.
After the quartet released a track of the same name last year, Maino revealed plans for the joint project during a recent interview with the Amazing AllHipHop Podcast. While he didn’t provide a concrete release date, the Brooklyn native said the heavyweight album is taking shape nicely and nearing completion.
“I’m gonna tell you some secretive shit that I’ve never talked about,” Maino teased. “It’s actually an album that’s I’ll say 85 percent done — me, Jim, Fabolous and Dave East.
“Fit Lit — it’s us together because we be working out. That’s our little Fit Lit Club. We got some heat.”
