Berner & Curren$y Release “Pheno Grigio” Album

    Berner and Curren$y have joined forces for a new album titled Pheno Grigio. The weed-friendly duo’s 12-track project includes contributions by B-Real, Mozzy, G Perico, Daz Dillinger and more.

    The LP continues a busy year for Spitta, who’s already dropped collaborative releases with Wiz Khalifa, Statik Selektah and LNDN DRGS.

    Berner is teaming up with Curren$y for a collaborative album titled Pheno Grigio. With the LP due out this Sunday (July 7), the West Coast meets Gulf Coast duo has unveiled the tracklist for their new project.

    The upcoming 12-track release features contributions by Mozzy, G Perico, Cypress Hill’s B-Real, Kokane and Richie Rich. Production is handled by Daz Dillinger, Cozmo, Traxx FDR and more.

      1. I used to listen to all his stuff religiously but it got to be too much to keep up with. I kept downloading it for a while but barely played it. Put all that shit on a USB and put it in the car a few months ago. Seems like every 3rd or 4th song that comes on my shuffle is by him. So many skippable songs that get no play but he does have some gems. Just gotta filter through all the redundant stuff and save the best. But he’s so prolific it’s hard to find time so to purge it so I just keep skipping Curren$y songs every damn day.

    1. I can’t name a rapper or artist period that put out more music than Currensy… Homie is saturating the game. That’s cool and all but the quality of rhymes gets diluted in the process IMO. No rapper can put out this much music and keep “Bar Integrity”. One of the nicest Emcees that’s doing now is Kxng Crooked and he only drops once a week.
