50 Cent is a master troll when it comes to social media. In fact, his Instagram account is arguably as popular as Power. But sometimes, the television executive likes to make fun of people at their expense.
On Wednesday (June 30), 50 Cent shared a meme of Lil Kim performing at the 2021 BET Awards in her custom Prada outfit posted up next to a white owl, suggesting the two looked alike. He wrote in the caption, “who did this shit. This ain’t right. LOL catch FOR LIFE on IMDb Tv now !”
Lil Kim’s on-again, off-again love Mr. Papers quickly came to her defense, telling 50 Cent, “Leave my wife out the jokes you heard.”
Lil Kim’s appearance has been internet fodder for years, with many commenting on her numerous plastic surgeries. In 2005, she went on a radio show and explained her nose was broken during a physically abusive confrontation with an ex-boyfriend. She admitted the violent relationship left her with a “broken nose, black eyes, all that stuff.”
As a result, she wanted to have the surgeries to cover up injuries from her abusive past.
“I kinda prayed the whole time,” she said at the time. “I didn’t know what to do. And it has a lot to do with my maturity too. It’s been times I was in the car with my ex-boyfriend and he punched me in my face and [I was] bleeding all over the car […] The doctor had to fix my nose [because] it was almost shattered.”

Lil Kim was at the BET Awards to honor Queen Latifah who was receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award at the annual ceremony.
Kim was joined by MC Lyte, Monie Love and BET’s 2020 Lyricist of the Year Rapsody for a mash-up performance of “U.N.I.T.Y.” and “Ladies First,” two of Queen Latifah’s most iconic songs. At the end of the performance, they thanked Queen Latifah for “paving the way” for them to flourish in their respective careers as well.
Queen Latifah then took the stage with her father Lancelot Owens, Sr. and returned the love, saying, “Thank you so much everyone. Thank you my sisters. You’re my sisters in the name of rap. You always have been.”

Lil Kim is nasty, plastic surgery is disgusting, she was was attractive before all that under the knife surgery…to be honest most people look better before all that. I mean in my opinion, it’s better to look natural then look like a chemical experiment, just saying

It’s sad to see Kim turn out like this. She was naturally beautiful before all of the surgery. I do admire her honesty in admitting that she kept bad company. Whatever they did to her ruined her for life. Seeing her perform at the BET Awards was another reminder that she no longer has a commanding stage presence. Thankfully, she still has a rich legacy because of her past works.
