But as rappers such as Lil Wayne and Lil Pump continue to pledge their allegiance to the current POTUS, the former G-Unit rapper agrees Trump will face prison time if he’s not elected for a second term.
On Monday (November 2), Vanity Fair ran a story with the headline, “Trump Is Terrified About Going To Prison After Losing The Election, As He Should Be.” Seeing this, Fiddy took a screenshot of the article and wrote in the caption, “If he don’t win, he’s going in LOL.”
Trump has previously claimed he’s “above the law” as long as he remains in the White House. But as the Vanity Fair article explains, the Supreme Court begged to differ and ruled last July “that there are limits to the powers of the presidency and stoutly reaffirmed the principle that not even the president is above the law.”
The article goes on to say, “Unfortunately for Trump, if he loses the 2020 election, he’ll no longer be able to use the staff of the Justice Department as his personal lawyers. That’s a worrisome thing for a guy who’s potentially committed numerous crimes, and we know this because Trump is reportedly soiling himself in fear over what he might be prosecuted for, and maybe go to jail over, after he leaves office.”
