No Jail Time Yet For Katt Williams After Threatening To Kill Bodyguard

Katt Williams remains a free man after a movement to revoke his bond was denied yesterday (May 18).

11 Alive reports the news as Williams is facing charges of aggravated assault, false imprisonment, simple battery, felony possession of marijuana and terroristic threats for threatening to kill a bodyguard. Williams reportedly not place hands on the man, but was barking orders to his cohorts as they beat him up.

The prosecution requested for the comedian’s bond to be waived in light of Williams’ further legal troubles including an incident where he fought a 17-year-old during a pick-up soccer game and a case where he is facing battery charges for throwing a salt shaker at a restaurant manager.

Under the bond conditions, Williams can continue touring.

    1. No jail time YET? What do you mean by YET you are supposed to be a journalist and not be biased. You want this man to go to jail but the judge says otherwise and here you write YET in the headlines? Something is wrong with you
