Much of the world was introduced to Anderson .Paak when he was heavily featured on Dr. Dre’s Compton: A Soundtrack by Dr. Dre. In a recent interview with BBC Radio 1Xtra, the Aftermath Entertainment signee says that Dr. Dre did not slow down after releasing his third studio album and the N.W.A biopic Straight Outta Compton, which he served as executive producer on.
“He’s doing a lot of work right now,” the singer says. “I can’t really speak on it.”
Compton was announced as Dr. Dre‘s final album, but it appears as though he is still making music. .Paak says that the art form is still the producer’s priority.
“He’s one of the realest,” he says. “I don’t know too many dudes in the position where he’s at that still really just care about the music. They don’t care about none of the camera stuff, none of the fake stuff. He’s just all about the music and just working.”
.Paak released Malibu in January.

dre is a fraud who doesn’t even write or produce his music
You wish you had 1% of the man’s talent
HIPHOPDX, BAN HIS IP ADDRESS, HE’S A FRAUD.
Fuck detox & Compton the soundtrack was great!!
Compton sucked. he made us wait for years….for that…was expecting more
Your fuckin trippen bro. What did you want some hardcore gangster rap from a billionaire Apple exec. It’s the natural evolution of what west coast hip hop has evolved into. All these old heads stuck in the 90s can’t appreciate how much this shit has grown. Honestly this new era post Goodkid is full of more talent then the “golden age”.
compton is a 5/5, although i expected a detox album with more of the “young world”-style – if you don’t know that (older) youtube video from dre in the studio just type “Dr. Dre 2012 detox Previews New music”
so we’ll hear for another 20 years how he’s about to drop something? i’ll pass
No doubt after listening to compton up till this day definitely still a 5/5 for me. There are tons of great tracks in the album. Can’t wait to hear more from paak.
