The freestyle was released via YouTube on Friday (December 23) and had Factz tapping into his bag of lyrical tricks for his fourth Leakers freestyle.

When it comes to the money gotta make that/ It’s a Puff Daddy slogan homie gotta take that/ Fendi umbrella where it rain at had to put my baby all in the Fenty ASAP/ Much love to Rihanna ’cause she made that/ Got a lot of real estate check where the place at/ Highrise office where the lake at?/ All a dream like the ’95 finals ’cause I wanna Shake Shack,” Factz rapped.

At one point the instrumental to Jadakiss’ “We Gonna Make It” began playing and Factz offered up some more bars: “Wall Street trap shit yeah/ ‘Cause when my man came home/ He learned the market then went and got a bag quick/ While you putting calls to get a cash flip/ I’ll be doing puts and calls to get a fast lick/ and that’s the only option here’s the last tip only invest what you can afford, and that’s it.”

The freestyle comes after Mickey Factz dropped his latest album, Its Only Us Here, earlier this month. Released on December 16, it comes equipped with 14 tracks all featuring Ayo Shamir on production. Guest artists include Raheem DeVaughn, Sy Ari Da Kid, Shareef Keyes and more.

Another recent LA Leakers performance that impressed fans was when Ab-Soul stopped by to dish out some bars over 2Pac’s “Hit ‘Em Up” and the Notorious B.I.G.’s “Who Shot Ya.”

During the freestyle, he shouted out his former Top Dawg Entertainment labelmate Kendrick Lamar to let the world know there are no hard feelings since Dot left the label.

I ain’t trippin’ off of y’all Top 5, save your statements, all your documents are falsified,” Ab-Soul rapped. “We the mafia of the West, I know K.Dot left/ That’s still my partner in crime, respect the family ties!

In other Ab-Soul news, the TDE rapper has cleared up some confusion surrounding an alleged Kid Cudi diss on his new album Herbert.

In an interview with the Rap Radar Podcast, he was quizzed about a few lines on the album, which co-host Brian “B.Dot” Miller interpreted as a shot at Cudi.

“It seems like you still have the competitive spirit on there, like you’re firing some shots off in the verse,” Miller said. “It sounded like you were talking to a specific rapper… It sounded like you were talking about Kid Cudi. You mentioned a name, and you said a lot of things in there.”

A slightly perplexed Ab-Soul clarified that he was not dissing the Man on the Moon rapper on the track, before explaining that the term “Cudi,” which he used in the song, is Crip slang.

“You think I would diss Kid Cudi? The great Kid Cudi? On a song called ‘Church on the Move’?” he replied. “Peace be unto you. Come on, B.Dot. And y’all trust this guy with the lists?

He added: “No, look. Listen: Cudi is a term that we use, it’s kinda on some Crip shit, you know what I’m saying?”
