DMV rapper Noochie finished out his 2018 releasing his holiday project It’s A Wrap. Since it’s release, Noochie has put out another single, titled “PSA,” as well as this music video, directed by Slizzica.
Noochie is a rap titan in his own way, especially since he has been the main opener for other rap giants such as Snoop Dog and Lil Uzi Vert.
