#DXCLUSIVE: Blac Papi Makes Moves In "10 Toes Down" Video

HipHopDX Premiere: Burgeoning Philadelphia-based rapper Blac Papi has rolled through with a new video for “10 Toes Down,” which kicks off with Papi stunting in front of a Rolls Royce. Throughout the visual, we see him posing with stacks of cash as he cruises around the city.

Papi, who hit the road with Cam’ron on The Program Tour last year, is set on a 2018 takeover. With Philly industry veteran Marc Byers (Coach K, Freeway, Eve) in his corner, this is just the beginning.
