HipHopDX Premiere: Renowned Hip Hop duo Camp Lo joins The Urban Renewal Project for the track “Don’t Ask Y,” which finds the 13-piece musical collective providing a funky, uplifting beat for the duo to ride.

Exploring the boundaries between rock, pop, jazz, and Hip Hop, The Urban Renewal Project is led by songwriter and multi-instrumentalist R.W. Enoch, Jr.

“It was an amazing opportunity for us to work with Hip Hop legends Camp Lo, and their classic flow came together perfectly with our live band sound on this track,” Enoch, Jr. tells DX. “‘Don’t Ask Y’ is a wake-up call for everyone to be a trailblazer, not a trend chaser.”
