Dallas-native rap artist Rikki Blu tells the same hood story straight from the streets of Pleasant Grove on his latest single “Same Hood Story” off his Pleasant Grove EP project.
The song gathers inspiration from Tupac’s popular poem “The Rose That Grew From Concrete” and includes lyrics such as “You reap what you sow / killing our own and expecting to grow / same hood story.”
