Ra’Shaun has been flooding the radio in Madison, Wisconsin with his new Fortune-produced single, “Deja Vu.”Press play and you’ll see why. The self-described “Soulful Hip Hop” artist breaks up the poppy beat with his uniquely slurred accent, making the record seem more low key and sincere. He also employs a phone conversation into the mix, which actually happened while recording.
Madison, the capital and second largest city in the state (second to Milwaukee), has been making moves lately with 3rd Dimension, B. Ortiz, Ted Park, Trapo and Beef coming up at the same time.
