Wu-Tang Clan-Inspired Beer In The Works

Dock Street Brewery is creating the latest tribute to Wu-Tang Clan, according to Philly Mag. The Philadelphia brewery’s newest beer, “Ain’t Nothing to Funk With,” is aged while music from the Hip Hop group is played from Spotify.

“It started as a joke,” head brewer Vince Desrosiers tells the publication, “and then we wondered if the bass would cause enough vibration to move the yeast around and create some different flavors during fermentation.”

The golden beer will reportedly have a “spicy pineapple and orange-tart flavor,” and is slated to be available later in the year.

Desrosiers says he has a wide variety of taste in music and wanted to do a series of music-themed beers. Next up is a Run the Jewels beer.
