Wiz Khalifa just moved up the street from his old crib in Los Angeles, California, and he’s trying to get rid of the extra mansion he’s got on his hands.
The Taylor Gang head listed his former mansion in Encino for $4,495,000, $1 million more than what he bought it for in 2018. The 6-bed and 6-bath smart home include floor-to-ceiling glass doors, a home movie theater, a waterfall, a pool, spa and fireplaces.
As for Wiz’s new $7.6 million pad he just built up the street, the layout is fairly similar to his last pad, only this time he’s added a guesthouse and a gym to keep up with his boxing workouts.

The big move comes as Wiz gears up for his Vinyl Verse Tour with Logic, which kicks off July 27 in Irvine, California at the FivePoint Amphitheatre and will end on September 2 at the Hollywood Casio Amphitheatre in St. Louis, Missouri. Logic will also be bringing 24kGoldn, DJ Drama, Fedd The God and C Dot Castro for the joint tour, with Berner and Rubi Rose scheduled to perform on select dates.
The lavish expenses of a new mansion come as no surprise consider how hard Wiz has worked in 2022. He just released his Full Court Presscollab with Big K.R.I.T., Smoke DZA, and Girl Talk, and earlier this year linked up with Juicy J for their Stoner’s Night collab. He also re-released his cult classic mixtape Taylor Allderdice to DSP’s on April 20, which arrived after the mixtape celebrated its 10th anniversary on March 13.
