Westside Gunn has revealed he has a new album called & Then U Pray For Me on the way.

The Griselda Records honcho took to Instagram on Tuesday (February 21) to make the announcement with pictures of him hanging out in London with Pharrell, Swizz Beatz, Mike Dean.

In his caption, Gunn explained he’s been living overseas for the last month and has been hard at work on his forthcoming album, while also sharpening his skills as a fashion designer and becoming the best version of himself.

“40Days 40 Nights… SUPER FLYGOD has RISEN!!For the Past month I’ve been living overseas learning and building becoming the best designer I could possibly be, making my new album ‘& THEN U PRAY FOR ME’ and traveling with my son FLYGOD JR.,” he wrote.

“I haven’t been on social media, I’ve been living a healthy, sucka free life and I just have a new energy.. I wanna thank the fans for there concerns and truthfully I feel better than I ever have… stronger, smarter!!!”

Westside Gunn has always released music at a rapid pace, and this is no different given his last album, 10, arrived just four months ago.

Last December, however, the Buffalo, New York native hinted at retiring from rap by announcing that 2023 will be the last year he’ll release music.

In addition to & Then U Pray For Me, Westside Gunn is also working on a new album called Michelle Records, which he first teased last year via pair of trailers featuring cameos from Fabolous, Dave East, Conway The Machine, Benny The Butcher and Armani Caesar.

Later, clips of in-house Griselda producer Conductor Williams making a beat from scratch and WSG hanging out with A$AP Rocky, who laid vocals for the project, had fans buzzing with excitement even more.

In an interview with HipHopDX last September, Westside Gunn hinted that Michelle Records would drop on Halloween; however, that release ended up being the aforementioned 10.
