Tahiry Jose and Vado appear as a couple on the latest season of WeTV’s Marriage Boot Camp: Hip Hop Edition and a new clip from the show has people extremely concerned.
In a preview shared by the show’s in-house psychiatrist Dr. Ish on Wednesday (July 29), Vado violently grabs Tahiry up as he yells, “You lucky I don’t fucking hurt you.” While the clip is edited and doesn’t show what led up to the intense moment, a scene of the aftermath shows Vado saying something about someone throwing an apple at him.
In his caption, Dr. Ish vowed to make the incident right for Tahiry.
“This is not ok y’all!” he wrote. “Never. Ever. I couldn’t believe it happened. Everybody froze. We’re going to do everything we can to make it right @therealtahiry.”
The pair are participating in the show to see if their “situationship” can blossom to more after what they said has been a long-standing friendship. Previously, Tahiry starred in Love & Hip Hop: New York with ex Joe Budden – which eventually resulted in a denied marriage proposal on VH1.
Apart from the Harlem rapper and the former Love & Hip Hop star, other cast members on the current season of Marriage Boot Camp: Hip Hop Edition include OG Los Angeles rapper Kurupt with model Toni Calvert, Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood‘s Hazel E. with male model De’Von Waller and more.
