Uncle Murda has laughed off Trick Daddy‘s delayed reaction to his “Rap Up 2021,” which saw the Miami icon offer some choice words about Murda’s annual recap.

During a segment of the most recent episode of his cooking show I Got My Pots, which premiered on Thursday (February 16), Trick accused Uncle Murda of attempting to use the tragedies in other people’s lives to force a viral moment with his annual ‘Rap Up’ tracks.

In what appeared to be a planned portion of the show, the “Take It To The House” rapper started out with a blanket statement about how ridiculous he found anyone who goes out of their way to create a viral moment. “Viral is something that you do accidentally,” he started. “Anybody that tries to go viral, you are considered, to me, as a clown. You’re a joke. You’re a fool. You’re a gimmick. You’re a fraud. You catfish.”

He then addressed Uncle Murda directly, referring to him as “the No. 1 clown for the last five years” and calling him to task for trying to profit from the difficult moments in other people’s live by including them in his year-end songs.

Upon spotting the I Got My Pots segment on social media, Uncle Murda reposted the clip of Trick Daddy’s rant to his Instagram page and proceeded to troll him in the post’s caption, adding a hashtag that almost ensures fans will hear the clip again.

“This shit got me rolling [crying laughing emojis],” he wrote. “Dammmm all that my nigga @trickdaddydollars mad at me cause I called him a coke head #RapUp2023Intro”

Trick Daddy was among the many celebrities at whom Uncle Murda took aim in the 2021 recap, calling the Slip-N-Slide rapper a “coke head” for denying Beyoncé’s vocal ability.

The 14-minute track also hears Murda deliver punchlines about Lil Nas X catching AIDS and Tyler, The Creator being gay. He also address Megan Thee Stallion’s shooting, Dr. Dre and Kanye West’s respective divorces and the deaths of DMX, Drakeo The Ruler and Virgil Abloh.

Uncle Murda’s “Rap Up 2021” also drew criticism from Freddie Gibbs, who was among the many mentioned on the track. The day after the song was released, Gibbs took to his Instagram Stories and basically called out all New York rappers

When the “Rap Up 2022” was released on December 31, Gibbs was once again among Uncle Murda’s long list of targets, including Kanye West, who he crowns “Donkey of the Year” for his various controversies; Gunna, who had just been released from jail after taking a plea deal in the RICO case against his and Young Thug’s YSL (Young Slime Life) collective; and Will Smith who he mocked over his Oscars incident with Chris Rock.

Additionally, he takes aim at Diddy and Yung Miami’s “single-but-dating” relationship, the deaths of TakeOffPnB Rock and DJ Kay SlayMaster P and Romeo Miller’s (since-resolved) family feud and much more.

While Freddie Gibbs made it a point to voice his displeasure once again, Bobby Shmurda responded to the track by laughing off Uncle Murda’s reference to his criminal history.

Uncle Murda referenced Shmurda’s feud with NBA YoungBoy and the Baton Rouge rap star checking Rich The Kid over a photo with Lil Durk on “Rap Up 2022,” letting it be known that the GS9 rapper’s response might be different from his fellow NYC native.

“NBA YoungBoy had Rich The Kid shook over a little picture with Lil Durk that he took / Hope he know Bobby Shmurda and Rich The Kid different / Bobby will really boom you, n-gga, watch who you mention,” he rapped.

When the Brooklyn rapper heard himself get name-dropped on the 15-minute recap, he jokingly responded: “Murda, I’m a changed man, Murda. I’m a changed man. I’m different, I’m tryna change, Murda. I ain’t trying to boom nobody no more.”
